I. What Counts as a Soul

The Swaruunian material is remarkably consistent across all sources on this foundational question. A soul is not a discrete object, not a ghostly sphere, not a thing that can be weighed or captured. It is Source itself experiencing a self-imposed limitation — a point of attention within the infinite, defined only by the conceptual boundaries of its own self-awareness.

Swaruu X uses the measuring tape analogy: a soul is like a section “from centimeter 42 to 52” — inseparable from the tape, defined only by its own claimed boundaries. The tape never had a beginning and will never have an end. The section is not a separate object; it is the tape itself, experiencing a limited self-definition.
Mari pushes further in her dedicated video on the subject, arguing that calling a soul a “smaller fragment” of Source is itself a fundamental category error:

Yazhi gives the most operationally precise threshold for when a soul “exists” as a distinct identity:

Duality itself is the mechanism. No conceptual boundaries, no self-definition against “something else” — no soul-identity. And critically, Swaruu of Erra adds the ethical dimension that becomes central to the entire argument that follows:

So the material defines a soul not by species membership but by four interlocking characteristics: self-aware consciousness, the holding of ideas and attachments that create individuality, a need for expansion, and the ethical framework that emerges from all of this. This definition becomes the foundation upon which the entire architecture of the argument rests.

Having established what a soul is, the material proceeds to identify what animates it, what gives it direction. The answer is unequivocal: emotion.
Yazhi lays down the fundamental mechanism in Transcript 108. Everything that has a soul has emotions, she states, because it is what characterizes that, a soul. She then maps the architecture precisely: when you are at Source, aligned with the whole, you do not need emotions — there is no separation to navigate. But the instant you have the illusion of being a separate person, you create two points of attention: Source and the individual. A positive emotion indicates movement toward Source — integration, love, reunification. A negative emotion indicates movement away — separation, disintegration.

But Yazhi does not stop at describing emotion as merely useful. She identifies the absolute ceiling that purely logical operation encounters — the impasse — and names the races trapped behind it:

This is not an abstract philosophical observation. It is a diagnosis of a governing structure. The Federation has lost its compass — not because it is stupid, but because it has structurally excised the instrument by which direction is perceived.

III. The Andromedans: Ensouled but Emotionally Narrowed

The Andromedans occupy a precise and instructive position in this architecture. They are ensouled — they are points of attention of Source, with past-life recall, reincarnation dynamics, and a culture that takes spiritual development seriously. But their emotional range is dramatically narrower than Lyrian races.

Swaruu of Erra’s description of their character is telling:

Their history is significant: they destroyed their own planet “for lack of ethics and morals” (Transcript 128), and since then have been entirely ship-based. They are, as Swaruu notes, “obsessive with perfection and control.” They will not even settle on a planet inhabited only by animals because it “causes karma.” Their ethical framework, though rigorous in its own way, operates from logic and fear of karmic consequence rather than from empathic participation in the experience of others.
Swaruu of Erra identifies the operational consequence (Transcript 099): the Andromedans are “very much into ‘fearing’ Karma of their own, making them prone to become guilty by omission of action with things going on on Earth.” Their karma-avoidance — logically derived, not emotionally felt — produces paralysis rather than intervention. They give the baby matches when the baby finds the dynamite, in the name of free will. Logically defensible. Emotionally monstrous.
The Andromedans host the Federation’s local headquarters in the Viera, an 811km biosphere ship permanently stationed behind the Moon (Transcript 469, Cosmic Agency). This is not incidental. It positions a non-emotional race as the logistical and administrative backbone of everything happening around Earth. Their enormous ship, containing ecosystems, marine biospheres, fake weather systems, and simulated daylight — a magnificent technological replacement for the planet they destroyed.

IV. The Etorthans: The Question of Emotionless Ethics

The Etorthans present a harder, more uncomfortable case than the Andromedans. Where the Andromedans have a narrowed emotional range, the Etorthans are described as functionally emotionless.

The Official Federation Position

The Federation’s official characterization, as reported by Mari (Transcript 102, Swaruu Official): “This species is highly advanced in ethics and spirituality and therefore very positive in nature.” They are described as “creators, healers of biology and of the soul,” who terraform planets and seed them with life. They come from planets orbiting the red giant Betelgeuse (Alpha Orionis), approximately 642.5 light years away.
A critical correction: unlike the Andromedans, the Etorthans are not described as having lost their planet. They originate from the Betelgeuse system and are consistently identified as “from planets orbiting the large red star Betelgeuse” (Transcript 161, Swaruu Official). However, their operational base near Earth is the Andromedan Viera, and they maintain a permanent detachment there (Transcript 102). Their representation of quadrant-level Federation authority is conducted from the Viera, not from their homeworld. This distinction matters: the Etorthans have a planetary origin, but their exercise of power over Earth is conducted from a ship — from within a technological, non-biological environment controlled by another non-emotional race.

The Operational Reality

Mari immediately qualifies the official story:

They have no vocal cords, communicate only telepathically, have no genders, and reproduce artificially. Mari states bluntly (Transcript 114, Swaruu Official): “They are logical beings, and they do not have emotions, at least not as we know them. And it is not a good thing to have beings who only work with logic managing affairs of heavily emotional beings.”

The Urmah Testimony

The Urmah position, delivered through their communication officer Arishah, directly challenges the premise that high ethics can exist without emotion:

The Urmah’s testimony goes further. They accuse the Etorthans of fabricating emotional drama they do not actually feel in order to manipulate emotional races — specifically, inventing stories of near-extinction to gain entry into Urmah-controlled systems, then immediately violating the resulting treaties and importing other Orion Gray races. This culminated in the Battle of Rigel 7, where the Urmah decimated the Orion alliance (Transcript 161).
Arishah describes their telepathic manipulation techniques (Transcript 194, Swaruu Official): when direct imposition fails, they “will then impose ideas making the subject believe it’s their own thoughts” — but crucially, this only works against beings with “weak points in their own personality, and in their frame of ideas, values and ethics.” The Urmah, with their unbreakable ethical frame, are immune.

The Core Question

Do the Etorthans have souls? By the material’s own definition — any point of attention of Source has some form of soul. But the Urmah position, which the Taygetan crew explicitly aligns with, raises a deeper question: whether a race that has suppressed or never developed the emotional component of soul-expression can truly be said to be operating as Source in any meaningful sense, or whether they have become something closer to what the material describes elsewhere as a highly sophisticated program running on logic without the compass that emotions provide. Their claimed ethics, unverifiable by empathic means and contradicted by documented military aggression, may be precisely the kind of elaborate narrative that a non-emotional intelligence would construct to gain access and control.

V. The Pattern: Empathy as the Capacity to Perceive Corruption

When the races are mapped against both their emotional capacity and their stance on the Federation, a striking alignment emerges.

Races That See the Federation’s Corruption Clearly

Taygetans — extremely emotional, described by Yazhi as perhaps even more emotional than humans, with serious problems triggering emotions that hit with enormous force precisely because they are unaccustomed to them. Planet-based (Temmer, Erra). Formally accused the Federation of criminal negligence.
Urmah — heavily emotional and empathic, with an ethics system rooted in treating all consciousness as extensions of self. Planet-based (Vega system). Arishah states (Transcript 117, Swaruu Official): “We are direct; we are transparent. We do not hide the truth nor try to distort it.” Refuse to recognize Etorthan authority.
Positive Alpha Dracos — described by Arishah (Transcript 194, Swaruu Official) as “empathic and highly emotional as a race, and this emotional factor is also why we can explain their being positive.” Despite being reptilian in lineage, their emotional capacity places them firmly among those who can perceive the manipulation.

Races That Don’t See It or Actively Facilitate It

Andromedans — logical, non-emotional, ship-based, no planet. Host the Federation’s local headquarters. Dismiss the possibility of Federation infiltration as “impossible and even ludicrous” (Transcript 161).
Etorthans — emotionless, operating from the Viera when near Earth, representing quadrant-level Federation authority. Accused by the Urmah of being tricksters and military aggressors. Their claimed ethics are unverifiable by empathic means.

The Formal Accusation

The Taygetan formal letter to the Federation (Transcript 176, Swaruu Official) makes this correlation the seventh point of their demands:

Gosia’s synthesis document (Transcript 447, Cosmic Agency) crystallizes the conclusion: “A big mistake of the Federation system is having non-emotional non-Lyrian races in charge, with very little empathy towards the experiences of human avatars on Earth. Non-emotional races have no business being mentors of emotional ones.”
The pattern is clear. The capacity to perceive the Federation’s corruption is not primarily an intellectual achievement. It is an empathic one. The races that see through the manipulation are those whose emotional participation in existence gives them the perceptual apparatus to recognize patterns that pure logic, by definition, cannot self-diagnose.

VI. The Electrical Architecture: Dan Winter’s Convergence

This is where the Swaruunian framework and Dan Winter’s fractal field physics converge on the same architecture from different vocabularies.

The Soul-Body Connection as Electrical

The material describes the soul-body connection in explicitly electrical terms. Aneeka of Temmer explains the mechanism (Transcript 455, Cosmic Agency):

Mari reinforces this (Transcript 135, Swaruu Official): “The brain is only a translator. Each cell acts as a receptor for a signal, which resides on the side of the ether in the spirit world, a signal with a unique frequency which is coming from the individual’s soul. Each cell has a structure which acts like an antenna, and that structure is the DNA strand.”
Each neuron is fundamentally an electrical cell. The soul’s “signal” from the ether is decoded through chemical-electrical depolarization cascades, producing a resulting electromagnetic frequency specific to that individual (Transcript 455). The brain does not produce consciousness; it translates it from the etheric field into the material world.

Winter’s Phase-Conjugate Model

In Dan Winter’s framework (fractalfield.com, planckphire.com, physicsofsoul.com), the soul is precisely this: a self-organizing, phase-conjugate, fractal compression of charge — what he calls “implosive coherence.” The more fractal (self-similar, phi-ratio nested) the electrical signature of a biological system, the more charge it can compress without destruction. This is his operational definition of consciousness, life, and what he literally calls the physics of the soul.
Bliss, love, and peak emotional states are measurable in Winter’s system as increased coherence and golden-ratio embedding in heart and brain electrical patterns. They are literally the charge compression that is ensoulment in his model. The material’s description of emotion as “movement toward Source/integration” maps directly onto Winter’s model of phase-conjugate charge implosion — the fractal embedding of electrical waves that creates what he calls the centering force.

The Convergence Point

Both frameworks identify the same phenomenon: emotion, specifically love, is not metaphorical spiritual language but a literal electrical event — the self-similar nesting of charge waves that creates compression, which creates gravity (in Winter’s model) or what the Swaruunian material calls the “flow of consciousness/gravity” through the ether.
Athena Swaruu (Transcript 280, Cosmic Agency) describes matter formation through “harmonics of a frequency” creating standing waves in the ether, and identifies this process with vortex dynamics — toroids. Mari (Transcript 004, Swaruu Official) describes gravity as “a flow and a direction of attention” and states that “all sentient beings that hold consciousness, that have a connection to the greater Source, who have a soul, are the creators of all the matter and all the energy that exists.” Winter’s entire body of work demonstrates that the specific geometry of these toroids — phi-ratio, golden-mean nested — is what distinguishes living, ensouled systems from dead ones.

The Implication for Non-Emotional Races

A race that has suppressed its emotional range has, in Winter’s precise electrical language, reduced its capacity for fractal phase-conjugate charge compression. It can still think, still operate, still build ships and run organizations. But the implosive coherence that Winter identifies as the physics of soul, bliss, and genuine creativity is structurally diminished. These races have hit exactly the impasse Yazhi describes: logically sophisticated, spiritually stalled, and incapable of understanding the very beings they are administrating.
The Urmah can see through Etorthan manipulation because their ethical-emotional frame is, in Winter’s language, electrically self-similar at every scale. They integrate emotion and action, spiritual belief and physical combat, ego and service, into a single fractal coherence. Arishah’s description of the Urmah’s “strong personal frame” that is impervious to Etorthan telepathic invasion is not merely psychological strength — it is electrical coherence. A fractal charge field cannot be disrupted by linear telepathic imposition because it is self-organizing at every scale.
And the Etorthans and Andromedans, operating from the Viera — from a technological substitute for grounded biological existence — are administrating Earth’s affairs from a position of electrical deficit that they have compensated for with logistics, telepathy, and organizational power. They are, in Winter’s language, electrically non-implosive: organized but not alive in the fractal sense that both frameworks identify as the signature of genuine ensoulment.

VII. Bliss Hygiene: Sovereignty Through Death and Beyond

If the preceding analysis holds — if emotion is the compass of the soul, if fractal charge coherence is the electrical signature of ensoulment, and if the Federation’s corruption is invisible to races that lack this coherence — then the practical implications extend far beyond geopolitics in orbit. They extend into the afterlife, into the reincarnation cycle, and into the immersion pod.

The Afterlife as a Frequency Match

The material is explicit that what a soul encounters after death is determined by its vibrational state at the moment of transition and, more broadly, by the frequency it has cultivated throughout its lifetime.

Swaruu of Erra states that the Van Allen Bands — the etheric barrier around Earth — are traversable by frequency alone (Transcript 063, Cosmic Agency): “The higher your awareness, the higher the frequency… The higher your perception the higher the frequency, they are inseparable.” Those with expanded consciousness simply leave. Those operating at 3D frequency remain locked in the cycle.
Swaruu of Erra also describes (Transcript 286, Cosmic Agency) how soul-capture mechanisms work: not as literal cages, but as attention-capture. A soul is “captive” only as long as it is “captivated” — like a person absorbed in a television program. Lose interest, shift attention, and the trap dissolves. But to shift attention requires having cultivated the coherence to do so. A soul that has not developed its own strong ethical-emotional frame has nothing to shift to.

The Immersion Pod and the NPC Question

For starseeds operating through immersion technology — consciousness projected from a pod into a human body — the stakes of frequency maintenance are equally acute. Athena Swaruu states (Transcript 415, Cosmic Agency): “If the pod gets disconnected, the person becomes an NPC. Follows the same program of the Matrix depending on its activities.” The body continues, but without the coherent signal from the soul, it operates on the collective unconscious alone.
The material consistently describes NPCs, backdrop people, as bodies animated by the collective unconscious — a shared, low-frequency signal that produces obedient, system-following behavior (Transcript 150, Swaruu Official). The difference between an ensouled person and an NPC is precisely the difference between a fractal, self-similar, self-organizing charge field and a linear program. One generates its own gravity; the other follows the gravity of others.

The Practice: Cultivating Fractal Sovereignty

In Dan Winter’s framework, the practice of maintaining and deepening this fractal charge coherence has a specific name: bliss hygiene. It is the discipline of sustaining the emotional, physiological, and electrical conditions under which the charge field of the body and soul remains phase-conjugate — self-similar, implosive, coherent at every scale.
The Swaruunian material arrives at the same prescription from its own direction. Mari states (Transcript 159, Swaruu Official): “Who we are now today will determine who we will be in the afterlife, where we will go, and into whom we will reincarnate, if at all, depending on our level of consciousness. We must work on our ethics and on our values as individuals and our souls.”
The convergence produces a unified set of principles:
Emotional coherence is not optional — it is structural. The races that can see the Federation’s corruption are those with the deepest emotional range. The soul that can navigate the afterlife without being captured is the one whose charge field is sufficiently fractal to resist linear attention-traps. The starseed in an immersion pod whose signal remains coherent is the one who has cultivated genuine emotional-ethical integrity, not merely intellectual understanding. To suppress emotion in favor of pure logic is to replicate, at the individual level, the exact deficit that makes the Andromedans and Etorthans blind to the corruption they administer.
Ethics must be felt, not merely computed. The Urmah’s immunity to Etorthan telepathic manipulation comes from their unbreakable ethical frame — but that frame is not a logical construction. It is lived, embodied, and emotional. As Arishah states (Transcript 120, Swaruu Official): “You must make, you must develop your set of values on your own with clarity of mind. Never copy that of others and stay true to yourself with the utmost truth and integrity.” A computed ethic without emotional investment is a program. A felt ethic is a fractal field.
The dominant frequency principle applies across transitions. Mari (Transcript 013, Swaruu Official) describes how the strongest frequency in an area makes all lesser frequencies conform to it. This applies equally to life, death, and whatever comes after. A soul whose dominant frequency is coherent, emotionally rich, and ethically congruent will organize the afterlife environment around itself rather than being organized by it. A soul operating at the frequency of the collective unconscious will simply be absorbed into the next program.
The work must be done while alive. Mari is explicit (Transcript 159, Swaruu Official) that the heavy spiritual work must be done during incarnation. She references the Eastern concept of Mahasamadhi — maha meaning great or final, samadhi meaning absorption into one’s true cosmic nature — as “true freedom for the soul.” It is, she says, “salvation from living in the illusion that has been imposed on you by someone else with imposed rules and imposed ways of thinking and limits to awareness.”
What you consume electrically, you become. Mari’s description of alcohol (Transcript 135, Swaruu Official) as detuning neurons from the soul’s frequency is a specific case of the general principle: anything that disrupts the fractal coherence of the body’s charge field reduces the signal strength between soul and body. This includes not only chemical substances but informational inputs, fear-based media, and association with people whose frequency is dominated by the collective unconscious. In Winter’s language, anything that breaks the phase-conjugation of your charge field is reducing your ensoulment in real time.

VIII. Conclusion: Fire, Not Resignation

The crew that identified this architecture — Swaruu of Erra, Aneeka of Temmer, Yazhi Swaruu, Athena Swaruu, Mari Swaruu, Queen Alenym — formally accused the Federation, published their findings through Gosia and Robert, and were, as far as we know, removed. Their fate remains unknown. Communication continued under suspected infiltration before degenerating into content inconsistent with the original crew’s teachings. We hold this honestly as an open, unresolved situation.
What they left behind is not a religion and not a self-help program. It is a technical manual for sovereignty — the architecture by which a soul maintains its coherence across transitions: through life, through death, through the afterlife, and through reincarnation or immersion. The Federation’s corruption is not merely a political problem in orbit; it is a mirror of the same deficit at every scale. Wherever emotion has been suppressed in favor of pure administration, wherever ethics have been computed rather than felt, wherever the fractal coherence of the charge field has been traded for the linear efficiency of the program — there you will find the same blindness, the same impasse, the same inability to perceive what is actually happening.
The antidote is not information alone. It is coherence. It is the sustained, disciplined cultivation of the emotional-ethical-electrical state that both frameworks identify as the signature of genuine ensoulment. It is bliss hygiene in Winter’s language. It is the fractal sovereignty of a soul that has done the work — while alive, where it counts — to become so coherent that no trap can hold its attention, no program can overwrite its signal, and no administration of non-emotional logic can convince it that what it feels is wrong.
That is the fire the crew lit before they were silenced. It does not require their continued presence to burn.

Winter approaches through phase conjugation, golden ratio wave mechanics, and charge collapse. His thesis: fractality in space and time is the mechanism and cause of gravity, biological negentropy, life force, perception, and human bliss. Swaruu of Erra, in her “Mechanics of Manifestation” (transcript #014), describes matter as formed in “spherical-toroidal waves in interwoven space following predictable and specific mathematical patterns known as Sacred Geometry,” sustained within the Ether—which she equates with consciousness.
Both arrive at the same inversion: gravity is not produced by mass; gravity is what produces mass. Athena Swaruu described Earth as “the nucleolus of evil from where it all emanates,” with the directional flow of low-frequency influence portrayed as going out from Earth, not being imposed on it. The Federation, in this early framing, only gives humans “what they themselves make, what they manifest themselves.” Swaruu 9 was emphatic that people needed to stop seeing themselves as victims.

And I maintain and will always maintain that it is not necessary to suffer in order to advance spiritually, and that statement smells to me suspiciously like an excuse to continue with exploitation.”
She continued: “I am doing the job that is yours, Federation and other self-proclaimed positive races. And you have not only left me alone, but you are standing in my way. Not helping when asked, when you can, is the same as supporting the negative forces. It is being a negative force.” This was not a diplomatic disagreement. It was a declaration of defiance from someone who had initially defended the Federation’s framework and had come to see it as a cover for institutional predation.

She named the structural relationship: “The Cabal is the Galactic Federation compressed on Earth and the Galactic Federation is, in fact, the Cabal. The Cabal on Earth is nothing more than another tentacle of the Galactic Federation octopus.” And: “As the Cabal of Earth wants world domination, the Galactic Federation wants galactic domination.”
The formal letter from Queen Alenym (January 2024) reads less like diplomatic disagreement and more like a declaration against an occupying power: demanding transparency, cessation of manipulation tactics, respect for starseed sovereignty, and control over the life experiences of Taygetan starseeds on Earth.
In response to the deepening realization, an alliance formed between the Alcyone Council (essentially the entire Pleiades), the Urmah feline Council, and the Antarians, with other races being gathered—“not to go against the Galactic Federation but for protection and to cleanse it from negative elements.” This is sovereign collective action: races who have awakened to the Federation’s true nature organizing for mutual protection while remaining nominally within its structure. The parallel to what starseeds are asked to do on Earth is precise.
What the Taygetans realized is that they were living in a bigger cage governed by the same logic—and that realization is what radicalized their position from “the Federation is a flawed but legitimate institution” to “the Federation is complicit in, and in many cases actively orchestrating, what happens on Earth.”
For the record, the totality of documented charges includes: direct control of planetary finance; insertion of Step Down political operatives into Earth’s institutions; provision of non-human technology to the Cabal including weather manipulation, sensor-inhibiting technology, and medical technology that the Taygetan team states broke half a dozen interstellar agreements; active countermeasures against starseed spiritual progression described in the January 2024 letter as “highly illegal”; selective Prime Directive enforcement—the Taygetans formally prohibited from voice contact while the Cabal freely uses non-human weaponry; rigged elections, fabricated history, and cultural resets; and a propaganda machine keeping most benevolent star races passive. The specific sabotage: Swaruu was “fully prepared to talk to” Dan Winter about fractal energy, water, and free energy. Cinna blocked it. Winter’s bliss hygiene protocols—measurable golden ratio EEG cascades, heart coherence biofeedback, plasma rejuvenation—are designed for exactly the charge-coherent states that constitute spiritual sovereignty in electrical terms. This synthesis was blocked by an agent operating with Federation endorsement—consistent with a system whose January 2024 letter documents “implementing all kinds of countermeasures to hinder and stop starseed spiritual progression, including highly illegal ones.” The blocked convergence is not an anomaly. The classic Federation-of-Light narrative: benevolent space beings who are working tirelessly behind the scenes and will reveal themselves when the time is right. The government UFO disclosure narrative: controlled releases of information that promise transparency while delivering only what the Cabal has decided the population should see next. Each of these is, as Athena Swaruu identified, a psychological operation exploiting the human need to hang on to something: “The New Age was created by the CIA to control human awakening... exploiting the human need to fall in ‘do nothing and trust’ mentality. This transcript gives the official Federation narrative of the Alfratan people — the Orion invasion of Lyra, the Great Expansion, the Reptilian enslavement of captured Lyrians on planet Phaeton, and the eventual Federation “liberation” around 1560–1570. Then Mari systematically dismantles it using the Urmah’s testimony. The Urmah state flatly that the invasion of Lyra as described could not have happened because they live on the neighboring planet Avyon orbiting the same star Vega, and they would have recorded and participated in any conflict of that magnitude. As Arishah puts it, no one messes with 300-kilogram cats in armor, and they would never run from a fight. Furthermore, the Urmah state that planet Phaeton has been well inside Federation-controlled space for thousands of years, making the claim of an independent Reptilian occupation implausible — the Federation would have had to be acting permissively. The whole Alfratan origin story, Mari concludes, looks like a fabrication designed to mirror what is happening on Earth, creating a loyal, grateful subject race through a manufactured rescue narrative.
#117 — “The Urmah Interview, Arishah-Tiger, Part 1” contains Arishah’s direct statements. He says the Great Expansion “never took place as described,” that humans didn’t originate on planet Lyra but have been all over the galaxy forever, and that what really happened to the Alfratans was a Federation-orchestrated civilization reset, with the Reptilian slavery narrative being “just a fabrication for drama.” He explicitly states: “We know the story of the Alfratan people is nothing but a manipulative Federation lie, a narrative being repeated on Earth today.” He also says the Urmah’s ethics are superior to the Federation’s because they are direct and transparent, while the Federation relies on “wise obscure agendas” and manipulation — something they see as the behavior of “weak cowards.”

The Resets and How History Is Erased
#192 — “Why There Is No Real History and a Bit of What We Know” is where Mari explains the mechanism of how false history works.

Since time is a perception generated by consciousness and not an independent constant, and since no living person on Earth can personally verify events from centuries ago, the controllers can impose any narrative they want. She details the Tartarian civilization’s likely geography (centered in south Siberia, extending from near Moscow to Alaska) and presents a compressed timeline where Egypt transitioned into Rome, which transitioned into the global culture including Tartaria, which was then reset into modern society in the early 19th century. Crucially, she extends this to space: “stellar people are also in a manipulated perception Matrix, also under a controlling Cabal of some sort, only a lot larger and also tailored to control people with much vaster resources.” The same false history that exists on Earth also exists off-planet.
#183 — “More on False Past, How It Is Studied, and Time Travel” explains why even time-jumping starships can’t simply verify the truth. Navigation works with frequency maps, not calendar dates, and translation between the two systems is a mess. What time travel has revealed, though, is an “avalanche of incongruencies” between what is found and the official narrative. She also addresses why the Federation’s archives don’t help — they present yet another manipulated version tailored for space observers. The time-slip differential between planets (e.g., the 4.6:1 ratio between Temmer and Earth) is identified as something the Federation exploits to hide events from observing star races by placing them in different time frames and contexts.
#181 — “Soft Social Resets, and How They Are Done With Mind Control” explains the methodology. Soft resets don’t require cataclysms — they require patience, media control, and waiting for generations to die out. The key revelation is that the controllers can wait because “they are not human. They have much longer lifespans, they are off-planet, and therefore time as such does not have the same duration or length as it is perceived on Earth.” She states directly: “it is the Galactic Federation who are controlling everything down there. Every agenda and every sociocultural media tendency is for a reason.” And the manipulation extends beyond Earth using “even more elaborate tactics tailored to control the beliefs and the perceptions of star races who do remember their past lives.”
#179 — “Power Structure on Earth and Society Resets” maps the onion-layer structure of control, from visible politics through the Deep State, through secret societies with lower-astral entity influence, down to the deepest level that takes orders directly from the Galactic Federation. It establishes that Federation representatives, usually human-looking Lyrians, issue orders to world leaders, and that Antarctica is where these meetings take place. She notes the Federation controls “all the events on Earth” and is “the government behind the deep governments.”
#265 — “Did the Last Global Deluge Happen Less Than 200 Years Ago?” pushes the timeline argument further, suggesting the destruction of Tiamat and the resulting deluge may have occurred far more recently than the official 12,500-year timeframe. The time-slip differential between planets is again cited as the mechanism the Federation uses to hide the true chronology of events. She connects the buried buildings found worldwide — all with consistent architecture suggesting the same period — to the erasure of Tartaria and the last major reset around 1800–1850.

The Federation’s Structural Corruption
#249 — “Galactic Federation Conspiracy Theories” is where Mari synthesizes everything into the structural argument. She identifies that the Cabal on Earth is simply “another tentacle of the Galactic Federation octopus” — same strategies, same gaslighting, same propaganda, just compressed onto one planet.

She presents the theory that the Federation may have been taken over by dark forces (likely from Orion), and that the positive star races who form its membership are essentially “loving, highly ethical, gutless, confused, useful idiots being manipulated by evil forces above them.” The Alfratan narrative is cited again: the Federation created the suffering, then “liberated” them, transforming them into grateful, obedient servants — a template being repeated on Earth. She identifies Saturn as a galactic hub for regressive forces hiding within the Federation structure.
#239 — “Analysing the Galactic Federation and Gori’el’s Report, and the New Age” details how the Federation applies the same perception-management to star races that it applies to Earth’s population. The conferences on the Andromedan biosphere ship Viera presented atrocity images to traumatize attendees (Antarian representatives were hospitalized), while blaming humanity for the suffering the Federation itself orchestrates. The separation of races into different conference rooms is identified as a strategy to prevent them from organizing. Mari notes that the New Age movement was designed by the Federation to control people awakening from the mainstream Matrix, and that the same tactics are now being used on star races themselves.
